Tara began her career first as an entrepreneur and then went to law school, moving into private practice in national and international law firms. She most recently served as deputy general counsel of a public IT services company. In these roles, Tara has experienced firsthand the challenges faced by consumers of legal services today. During her time in house, she quickly realized that outside counsel often did not deliver practical work product and advice that could best serve the internal clients, or provide the expected return on investment.
